The Novatech wheel is a precision-engineered castor component featuring a 150 mm diameter with a 50 mm wide polyurethane casted tread, designed for demanding industrial applications. The wheel incorporates an aluminium body with a 60 mm hub length and a 20 mm axle hole diameter, ensuring robust structural integrity. It is equipped with a precision ball bearing for smooth, reliable operation. The wheel demonstrates exceptional load-bearing capabilities, with a static load capacity of 1000 kg, whilst the dynamic load capacity reaches 400 kg at 6 km/h or 500 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for diverse applications including airport equipment, AMR systems, automated shuttle systems, automotive OEM, ceramic and glass manufacturers, container construction, fire fighting technology, forklift trucks, AGV systems, machine construction, post logistic systems, production and platform trolleys, and transport equipment.
