The Duratech wheel is engineered with a heavy polyamide body construction and features a tread made from identical material to the wheel body, providing consistent performance characteristics throughout. This precision-engineered wheel measures 85mm in diameter with a tread width of 75mm and incorporates a 20mm axle hole diameter, whilst the hub extends to a length of 75mm for optimal load distribution. The wheel is equipped with precision ball bearings to ensure smooth operation and reduced friction during use. Load capacity specifications include a static load rating of 1500kg and dynamic load capacities of 750kg at speeds up to 4km/h and 600kg at speeds up to 6km/h, making it suitable for demanding industrial castor applications requiring reliable performance under varying operational conditions.
