The Integral swivel castor features a solid stem, round fitting design, with hospital bed manufacturers required to seal the fitting area for washable bed applications. The housing is constructed from medium-grade steel sheet and incorporates precision ball bearing technology for the swivel mechanism, ensuring smooth directional changes and long-term durability. The wheel assembly comprises a polyamide body with electric-conductive properties, fitted with an injected polyurethane tread that maintains electrical conductivity throughout. The wheel operates on sealed precision ball bearings and measures 150 mm in diameter. The complete assembly has an overall height of 183 mm. Load specifications include a dynamic capacity of 150 kg at speeds of 3-4 km/h and a static load rating of 300 kg. This castor is washable according to AK-BWA standards, making it suitable for medical and hygiene-critical applications.
