The Linea clinic is a swivel castor with central, total lock, designed for demanding healthcare environments and equipped with a stem with cam hole for profile bars, short version fitting that ensures secure and flexible mounting on various equipment frames. The housing is constructed from polyamide material and incorporates a precision ball bearing in the swivel mechanism, providing smooth rotational movement and reliable directional control. The wheel features a 150 mm diameter and is composed of injected polyurethane tread mounted on a polyamide body, with a precision ball bearing integrated into the wheel assembly to facilitate smooth rolling motion and minimise friction during operation. The overall height of the castor is 155 mm, providing a compact profile suitable for integration into medical equipment and mobile healthcare solutions. This castor demonstrates exceptional load-bearing capabilities, with a static load capacity of 450 kg, whilst the dynamic load capacity reaches 150 kg at speeds up to 4 km/h and 150 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h, making it suitable for transporting heavy medical equipment and patient support systems.
