The Agila twin swivel castor features a rectangular plate fitting for secure mounting to equipment bases. The housing is constructed from medium steel sheet and incorporates two ball races for the swivel bearing mechanism, ensuring smooth directional changes and enhanced durability under operational loads. The wheel comprises a polypropylene body with an identical polypropylene tread material, providing consistent performance characteristics, whilst the plain bearing system offers reliable rotation with minimal maintenance requirements. With a wheel diameter of 75 mm, the castor achieves an overall height of 102 mm, making it suitable for applications requiring moderate ground clearance. The dynamic load capacity reaches 100 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h, whilst the static load capacity extends to 200 kg, accommodating both mobile and stationary loading conditions. This castor is specifically designed for care beds, catering carts and meal delivery systems, inflight trolleys, and store fixtures and display applications.
