The Kappa flex is a fixed castor engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring a medium rectangular plate fitting that ensures secure and stable mounting to equipment and machinery. The housing is constructed from heavy forged iron, providing exceptional durability and resistance to impact and wear in high-stress environments. The wheel assembly comprises a 200 mm diameter wheel with a PUR casted premium tread material, which delivers superior grip, reduced noise, and extended service life compared to standard elastomer options. The wheel is supported by a precision ball bearing that enables smooth, low-friction rotation and reliable performance across extended operational periods. The overall height of the castor measures 260 mm, accommodating various platform and equipment configurations. The load capacity specifications are as follows: the static load capacity reaches 900 kg, whilst the dynamic load capacity varies depending on operational speed, with a maximum of 300 kg at 6 km/h or 450 kg at 4 km/h.
