The Alpha stainless swivel castor is a heavy-duty mobility solution engineered for demanding industrial and commercial applications, featuring a bolt hole fitting that ensures secure and reliable installation across diverse equipment platforms. The housing is constructed from heavy stainless steel with a two ball races swivel bearing system, providing exceptional durability and smooth rotational movement in corrosive environments and hygiene-critical settings. The wheel assembly comprises a 100 mm diameter wheel with a damping, heat resistant tread material mounted on precision ball bearing, stainless components that deliver superior performance and extended service life. With an overall height of 128 mm, this castor is designed to integrate seamlessly into space-constrained applications whilst maintaining robust structural integrity. The load capacity specifications are carefully engineered to support demanding operational requirements: a static load capacity of 160 kg provides stability during stationary use, whilst the dynamic load capacity varies according to operational speed, delivering 80 kg at 6 km/h, 80 kg at 4 km/h, and 80 kg at 3 km/h, enabling operators to select appropriate speeds based on load conditions.
