The Compacta swivel castor features a rectangular plate fitting for secure mounting to various surfaces. The housing is constructed from light steel sheet and incorporates a one ball race swivel bearing system for smooth directional movement. The wheel comprises a polypropylene body with tread material identical to the wheel body, fitted with a plain bearing with spacer tube for reliable rotation, and measures 38mm in diameter. The castor has an overall height of 50.5mm, making it suitable for compact applications. Load specifications include a dynamic capacity of 25kg at speeds up to 3km/h and a static load capacity of 50kg. This castor is ideally suited for tool cabinets, work benches, and transport equipment where manoeuvrability and durability are essential requirements.
