The Compacta swivel castor features a rectangular plate fitting for secure mounting to various surfaces. The housing is constructed from light steel sheet and incorporates a one ball race swivel bearing system for smooth directional movement. The wheel comprises a polypropylene body with thermoplastic rubber tread material, providing excellent grip and floor protection, whilst utilising a plain bearing with spacer tube for reliable rotation. With a wheel diameter of 25mm, the castor achieves an overall height of 35mm, making it ideal for compact applications. The unit offers a dynamic load capacity of 10kg at speeds up to 3km/h and a static load capacity of 20kg. This versatile castor is particularly suited for tool cabinets, work benches, and transport equipment where space constraints and reliable mobility are essential requirements.
