The Duratech wheel is a precision castor component manufactured from heavy-duty polyamide with a tread width of 32 mm that is identical with the wheel body. This wheel features a diameter of 65 mm and incorporates a hub length of 32 mm with an axle hole diameter of 12 mm, accommodating standard castor installations. The wheel is equipped with a precision ball bearing to ensure smooth operation and longevity. The static load capacity reaches 580 kg, whilst the dynamic load capacity varies depending on operational speed, delivering 290 kg at 4 km/h and 240 kg at 6 km/h. The Duratech wheel is suitable for diverse applications including automotive original equipment manufacturing, container construction, electronic systems and clean-room technology, machine construction, production and platform trolleys, roll cages, store fixtures and display systems, and transport equipment.
