The Novatech wheel is a precision castor wheel engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring an 80 mm diameter with a 30 mm wide polyurethane casted tread that provides excellent grip and durability across diverse environments. The wheel comprises a steel and iron body coupled with a precision ball bearing, ensuring smooth rotation and reliable performance in high-frequency operational scenarios. The hub measures 28 mm in length, whilst the axle incorporates a 12 mm hole diameter for secure mounting compatibility. This wheel delivers a dynamic load capacity of 180 kg when operating at speeds up to 3 km/h, making it suitable for airport equipment, AMR systems, automated shuttle systems, automotive OEM applications, ceramic and glass manufacturing, container construction, fire fighting technology, forklift trucks, AGV systems, machine construction, post logistic systems, production and platform trolleys, and general transport equipment.
