This unit features a square plate fitting that provides secure and straightforward installation to various furniture bases and frames. The housing is constructed from polypropylene, a durable thermoplastic material that offers excellent chemical resistance and longevity, whilst incorporating a stem swiveling mechanism that enables smooth 360-degree rotation for enhanced manoeuvrability and directional control. The wheel assembly comprises a 50 mm diameter wheel manufactured from polypropylene, ensuring consistency between the tread material and wheel body for uniform wear characteristics and reliable performance. The wheel is supported by a plain bearing with spacer tube, which facilitates smooth rolling motion and reduces friction during operation.
