The Puretech air wheel is a castor wheel engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring a 400 mm diameter with a 100 mm wide pneumatic tyre incorporating a line profile for enhanced grip and durability. The wheel hub measures 74 mm in length and is constructed from polypropylene, offering a lightweight yet robust foundation, whilst the plain bearing ensures smooth rotation and reliable performance. The axle accommodates a 20 mm hole diameter for secure mounting to standard castor assemblies. This wheel is rated for a static load capacity of 280 kg, making it suitable for stationary or slow-moving applications, and a dynamic load capacity of 140 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h, ensuring safe operation in mobile equipment and transport scenarios. The pneumatic tyre design provides excellent shock absorption and comfort whilst maintaining structural integrity across varied floor surfaces and working environments.
