The Maxtech wheel is a precision-engineered castor component designed for demanding industrial applications including airport equipment, automotive original equipment manufacturing, ceramic and glass production, container construction, machine construction, production and platform trolleys, scaffolding, tool cabinets, waste disposal equipment, work benches, and transport equipment. This wheel features a diameter of 152.5 mm with a tread width of 50.8 mm composed of injected polyurethane, ensuring excellent durability and grip characteristics. The wheel body is manufactured from polypropylene and is equipped with a roller bearing featuring a hub tube for smooth operation. The hub length measures 63.5 mm, whilst the axle hole diameter is 12.7 mm, facilitating straightforward installation onto standard castor assemblies. The wheel demonstrates a static load capacity of 816 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 408 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h, making it suitable for both stationary and mobile applications requiring reliable performance under substantial loads.
