The Novatech wheel is a precision castor component engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring a 100 mm diameter with a 40 mm tread width and 40 mm hub length. The wheel body is constructed from aluminium, whilst the tread comprises polyurethane, casted for optimal durability and performance. The axle incorporates a 15 mm hole diameter and is supported by a precision ball bearing for smooth rotation. This wheel demonstrates a static load capacity of 600 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 300 kg at 3 km/h, making it suitable for use in airport equipment, AMR systems, automated shuttle systems, automotive OEM applications, ceramic and glass manufacturing, container construction, fire fighting technology, forklift trucks, AGV systems, machine construction, post logistic systems, production and platform trolleys, and transport equipment.
