The Elastech heat wheel is a precision castor component engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring a 100 mm diameter with a 35 mm tread width and a hub length of 45 mm. The wheel is constructed from aluminium, providing a lightweight yet durable foundation, whilst the tread is manufactured from a damping, heat resistant material that ensures reliable performance in high-temperature environments. The wheel is equipped with a dry bearing bush for smooth rotation and incorporates an 8 mm axle hole diameter for secure mounting compatibility. With a static load capacity of 160 kg, this wheel is suitable for medium-duty castor applications where thermal resistance and vibration damping are essential requirements.
