The Duratech heat wheel is engineered with a plastic thermoset, heat-resistant body material for demanding high-temperature applications. This 100mm diameter wheel features a 35mm tread width with tread material identical to the wheel body, ensuring consistent performance characteristics. The wheel incorporates a dry bearing bush system with an 11.1mm axle hole diameter and 43.5mm hub length for reliable operation. Load specifications include a dynamic capacity of 125kg at 4km/h operating speed and a static load capacity of 250kg, making it suitable for medium-duty castor applications requiring heat resistance.
