The Mono swivel castor features a threaded stem with hexagon neck, top fitting for secure attachment. The housing is constructed from durable polypropylene with a stem, swiveling bearing system that ensures smooth directional changes. The wheel incorporates a polypropylene body with thermoplastic rubber tread material for optimal grip and floor protection, utilising a plain bearing mechanism for reliable operation. The 80mm diameter wheel provides excellent manoeuvrability whilst maintaining stability. With an overall height of 112mm, this castor offers a compact profile suitable for various applications. The unit delivers a dynamic load capacity of 40kg at speeds up to 3km/h and a static load capacity of 80kg, making it ideal for bedside tables, media furniture, nursing and retirement homes, and nursing carts where reliable mobility and durability are essential.
