The Novatech wheel is a precision castor component engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring a robust steel and iron body with a 100 mm diameter and a 20 mm wide polyurethane tread that provides excellent durability and floor protection. The wheel incorporates a 14 mm hub length and accommodates a 20 mm axle hole diameter, ensuring secure mounting compatibility with standard castor assemblies. Precision ball bearings with rubber seals (RS/2RS) enable smooth, reliable rotation under continuous operation. The load capacity specifications demonstrate the wheel's substantial strength, with a static load rating of 360 kg for stationary applications, whilst the dynamic load capacity reaches 140 kg at 6 km/h or 180 kg at 4 km/h depending on operational speed requirements. This combination of robust construction, precision bearings, and polyurethane tread material makes the Novatech wheel suitable for both light to medium-duty mobile equipment and stationary load-bearing applications across various industrial environments.
