The Maxtech wheel is a precision castor component engineered for demanding industrial applications including airport equipment, automotive OEM, ceramic and glass manufacturing, container construction, machine construction, production and platform trolleys, scaffolding, tool cabinets, waste disposal equipment, work benches, and transport equipment. This wheel features a diameter of 80 mm with a tread width of 30 mm composed of injected polyurethane, ensuring excellent durability and floor protection. The wheel body is manufactured from polyamide and incorporates a stainless steel roller bearing for reliable performance in corrosive environments. The hub length measures 44.4 mm, whilst the axle hole diameter is 12 mm, facilitating straightforward integration into standard castor assemblies. The wheel demonstrates a static load capacity of 200 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 100 kg at speeds up to 4 km/h, making it suitable for both stationary and mobile applications requiring robust load-bearing capability.
