The Novatech wheel is a precision-engineered castor component manufactured from cast iron with a polyurethane, casted tread measuring 50 mm in width. This wheel features a diameter of 250 mm and is equipped with a precision ball bearing for smooth operation. The hub length extends 250 mm with an axle hole diameter of 25 mm, accommodating standard mounting configurations. The wheel demonstrates exceptional load-bearing capabilities, with a static load capacity of 2880 kg. Dynamic load performance varies according to operational speed, supporting 1200 kg at 6 km/h or 1440 kg at 4 km/h. The Novatech wheel is engineered for diverse industrial applications including airport equipment, AMR systems, automated shuttle systems, automotive OEM, ceramic and glass manufacturing, container construction, fire fighting technology, forklift trucks, AGV systems, machine construction, post logistic systems, production and platform trolleys, and transport equipment.
