The Novatech wheel is a precision castor component engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring a cast iron body with a polyurethane, casted tread measuring 60 mm in width. The wheel has an overall diameter of 250 mm and is equipped with a precision ball bearing for smooth operation. The hub length measures 62 mm, whilst the axle hole diameter is 25 mm, ensuring compatibility with standard castor assemblies. This wheel demonstrates exceptional load-bearing capabilities, with a static load capacity of 2800 kg. For dynamic applications, the wheel supports 1400 kg at speeds up to 6 km/h or 1680 kg at speeds up to 4 km/h, making it suitable for both high-speed and heavy-load transport scenarios in warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics environments.
