The Ultratech Wheel is a precision castor wheel engineered for demanding industrial applications including airport equipment, AMR systems, automated shuttle systems, automotive OEM, ceramic and glass manufacturers, forklift trucks, production and platform trolleys, and AGV systems. This wheel features a 160 mm diameter with a 50 mm wide tread manufactured from Ultratech Polyurethane, casted for superior durability and performance. The aluminium body is paired with a precision ball bearing and accommodates a 20 mm axle hole diameter, whilst the hub extends 60 mm in length. The wheel delivers exceptional load-carrying capability with a static load capacity of 1600 kg, and dynamic load capacities of 640 kg at 6 km/h or 800 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for both high-speed and heavy-duty operational requirements across diverse industrial environments.
