The Novatech wheel is a precision-engineered castor component featuring a 100 mm diameter with a 40 mm tread width, designed for demanding industrial applications. The wheel body is constructed from aluminium, providing a lightweight yet robust structure, whilst the tread is manufactured from polyurethane, casted to ensure durability and optimal performance across varied surfaces. The hub measures 40 mm in length and accommodates a 20 mm axle hole diameter, facilitating straightforward integration into standard castor assemblies. Equipped with a precision ball bearing, this wheel delivers smooth rotation and extended operational life. The load capacity specifications indicate a static load rating of 600 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 300 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for applications including airport equipment, AMR systems, automated shuttle systems, automotive OEM, ceramic and glass manufacturing, container construction, fire fighting technology, forklift trucks, AGV systems, machine construction, post logistic systems, production and platform trolleys, and transport equipment.
