The Duratech silent wheel is a precision castor component engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring a robust construction with a 100 mm diameter and a 36 mm wide polyamide tread that delivers reliable performance across varied floor surfaces. The wheel body is manufactured from damping hybrid material, which effectively reduces noise and vibration during operation, whilst the integrated roller bearing ensures smooth, consistent rotation with minimal maintenance requirements. The hub measures 44 mm in length, and the axle incorporates a 12 mm hole diameter for secure mounting compatibility with standard castor assemblies. This wheel demonstrates exceptional load-bearing capabilities, with a static load capacity of 320 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 160 kg at speeds up to 4 km/h, making it suitable for heavy-duty mobile equipment, industrial trolleys, and transport systems where durability and quiet operation are essential requirements.
