The Galea is a swivel castor with directional lock featuring a solid stem, round fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing is constructed from durable polyamide material and incorporates two ball races in the swivel bearing mechanism to ensure smooth directional movement and reliable locking functionality. The wheel assembly comprises a polypropylene body with electric-conductive properties, fitted with an electric-conductive thermoplastic rubber tread for enhanced grip and static discharge capabilities. The wheel operates on precision ball bearings and measures 100 mm in diameter. The complete castor unit has an overall height of 139 mm. Load specifications include a dynamic capacity of 100 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h and a static load capacity of 200 kg, making it suitable for medium-duty industrial applications requiring controlled mobility and electrical conductivity.
