The Novatech wheel is a precision castor wheel engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring a robust steel and iron body with a 82 mm diameter and a 90 mm wide polyurethane casted tread that ensures excellent grip and durability across diverse operating environments. The wheel incorporates a precision ball bearing for smooth rotation and is designed with a 90 mm hub length and a 20 mm axle hole diameter to facilitate straightforward integration into standard castor assemblies. This wheel delivers a static load capacity of 1500 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 750 kg at 3 km/h, making it suitable for a comprehensive range of applications including airport equipment, AMR systems, automated shuttle systems, automotive OEM operations, ceramic and glass manufacturing, container construction, fire fighting technology, forklift trucks, AGV systems, machine construction, post logistic systems, production and platform trolleys, and general transport equipment.
