The Maxtech wheel is a precision castor component engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring an 80 mm diameter with a 30 mm polyurethane injected tread and a polyamide body construction. The wheel accommodates a 12 mm axle hole diameter and incorporates a plain bearing system with a hub length of 44.4 mm, ensuring smooth rotation and reliable performance. Designed for versatile use across airport equipment, automotive original equipment manufacturing, ceramic and glass manufacturing, container construction, machine construction, production and platform trolleys, scaffolding, tool cabinets, waste disposal equipment, work benches, and transport equipment, this wheel delivers robust load-bearing capabilities with a static load capacity of 200 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 100 kg at 4 km/h operational speed. The combination of polyurethane tread and polyamide body provides excellent durability, chemical resistance, and wear characteristics suitable for both indoor and outdoor industrial environments.
