The Novatech wheel is a precision castor component engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring an 80 mm diameter with a 20 mm polyurethane casted tread and a steel iron body for enhanced durability and load distribution. The wheel incorporates a precision ball bearing with RS/2RS sealing specification, ensuring smooth rotation and extended operational life, whilst the hub measures 14 mm in length and accommodates a 20 mm axle hole diameter for secure mounting compatibility. This wheel demonstrates exceptional load-bearing capabilities, with a static load capacity of 280 kg for stationary applications and dynamic load capacities of 110 kg at 6 km/h or 140 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for both high-speed and heavy-load operational scenarios in material handling and mobility equipment.
