The Galea is a swivel castor with directional lock featuring a solid stem, round fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing is constructed from durable polyamide material and incorporates two ball races in the swivel bearing mechanism to ensure smooth rotational movement and enhanced load distribution. The wheel comprises a polypropylene body with electric-conductive properties, fitted with an electric-conductive thermoplastic rubber tread that provides excellent grip and static dissipation capabilities. The wheel operates on a plain bearing system and measures 125mm in diameter. The complete assembly has an overall height of 162mm. Load specifications include a dynamic capacity of 100kg at speeds up to 3km/h and a static load capacity of 200kg, making it suitable for medium-duty industrial applications requiring electrical conductivity and directional control.
