The Compacta fixed castor is a robust mobility solution engineered for stationary applications requiring reliable load support and directional stability. The castor features a rectangular plate fitting that enables straightforward installation onto equipment frames and support structures. The housing is constructed from medium steel sheet, providing durability and corrosion resistance suitable for workshop and industrial environments. The wheel assembly comprises a polyamide body with an identical polyamide tread material, ensuring consistent rolling characteristics and wear performance across the contact surface. The wheel is mounted on a plain bearing with spacer tube, which facilitates smooth rotation whilst maintaining precise axial alignment and load distribution. The overall height of the castor measures 48.5 mm, accommodating integration into compact equipment designs where vertical clearance is constrained.
