The Galea stainless is a swivel castor featuring a solid stem, round fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing is constructed from durable polyamide material and incorporates two ball races that are either reinforced or manufactured from stainless steel, ensuring smooth swivel operation and enhanced corrosion resistance. The wheel assembly comprises a polypropylene body with electric-conductive properties, fitted with a thermoplastic rubber tread that maintains electric conductivity throughout the contact surface. The wheel operates on precision stainless steel ball bearings for optimal performance and longevity, with a diameter of 100 mm. The castor has an overall height of 139 mm, providing appropriate clearance for most industrial applications. Load specifications include a dynamic capacity of 100 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h and a static load capacity of 200 kg, making it suitable for medium-duty mobile equipment and trolleys requiring electrostatic discharge control.
