The Novatech wheel features a 100 mm diameter with a 40 mm wide polyurethane, casted tread and aluminium body construction, incorporating a precision ball bearing system with a 12 mm axle hole diameter and 45 mm hub length. This wheel delivers exceptional load performance with a static capacity of 600 kg and dynamic capacities of 300 kg at 4 km/h and 240 kg at 6 km/h, making it ideal for demanding industrial castor applications requiring reliable mobility and durability under varying operational speeds and loads.
Crossselling
The Alpha swivel castor with total lock features a medium rectangular plate fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing is constructed from heavy steel sheet and incorporates two ball races for the swivel bearing mechanism, ensuring smooth directional movement and reliable locking functionality. The wheel assembly comprises an aluminium body fitted with an elastic tyre in black vulcanised rubber, mounted on precision ball bearings for optimal rolling performance, with a diameter of 160 mm. The castor has an overall height of 200 mm, providing appropriate ground clearance for various applications. Load capacity specifications include dynamic ratings of 350 kg at 4 km/h and 250 kg at 6 km/h operating speeds, whilst the static load capacity reaches 700 kg, making it suitable for automotive OEM, catering carts, container construction, electronic systems, fire fighting technology, machine construction, logistics systems, production trolleys, roll cages, tool cabinets, transport equipment, waste disposal systems, and work benches.
