The Maxtech wheel is a precision castor component engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring an 80 mm diameter with a 30 mm polyurethane injected tread and a polyamide body. The wheel accommodates a 12 mm axle hole diameter and incorporates a plain bearing system with a hub length of 44.4 mm, ensuring smooth rotation and reliable performance. This wheel delivers a static load capacity of 200 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 100 kg at speeds up to 4 km/h, making it suitable for a comprehensive range of applications including airport equipment, automotive original equipment manufacturing, ceramic and glass manufacturing, container construction, machine construction, production and platform trolleys, scaffolding, tool cabinets, waste disposal equipment, work benches, and general transport equipment. The combination of robust polyurethane tread material and polyamide construction provides excellent durability and resistance to wear, whilst the plain bearing design ensures cost-effective operation across diverse industrial environments.
