The Maxtech wheel is a polyurethane-injected tread component designed for castor applications, featuring a diameter of 160 mm with a tread width of 40 mm and a hub length of 58 mm. The wheel incorporates a polyamide body with a plain bearing system and accommodates an axle hole diameter of 20 mm, making it suitable for integration into various industrial castor assemblies. This wheel demonstrates a static load capacity of 800 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 400 kg at speeds up to 4 km/h, providing robust performance across diverse applications including airport equipment, automotive original equipment manufacturing, ceramic and glass manufacturing facilities, container construction, machine construction, production and platform trolleys, scaffolding systems, tool cabinets, waste disposal equipment, work benches, and general transport equipment. The polyurethane tread material ensures durability and reliable operation in demanding industrial environments.
