The Alpha swivel castor is a robust industrial mobility solution engineered for demanding applications across automotive, catering, logistics, and manufacturing sectors. This swivel castor is fitted with a medium rectangular plate, providing secure and straightforward installation onto equipment and trolleys. The housing is constructed from heavy steel sheet, incorporating two ball races within the swivel bearing assembly to ensure smooth rotational movement and extended operational longevity. The wheel features a 200 mm diameter design with a pneumatic tyre incorporating a line profile tread pattern, mounted on a sheet steel body with roller bearing support for reliable load distribution and smooth rolling performance. The overall height of the castor assembly measures 240 mm, accommodating standard platform and trolley configurations. The castor demonstrates a static load capacity of 150 kg per unit, whilst maintaining a dynamic load capacity of 75 kg when operating at speeds up to 3 km/h, making it suitable for both stationary and mobile applications.
