Every time you visit our website, we automatically collect data and information from your device's system and store it in so-called server log files. We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Ireland Limited („Google“), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland. 11. Online shop ordering

The data processed by us within the context of the order can be transmitted to the commissioned forwarding agent, insofar as this is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract. Your payment data may be transmitted to the commissioned credit institution, insofar as this is necessary for processing the payment. In addition, the data is processed by our server host on our behalf in accordance with our instructions. Furthermore, we are required to take into account the statutory retention obligations. 12. Credit card payment (Ingenico)
We offer you the option of paying by credit card. Payment is handled by the provider “Ingenico”. Ingenico is offered in Germany by Ingenico Payment Services GmbH, Daniel Goldbach-Str. 17–19, 40880 Ratingen, Germany, telephone: 02102 9979-0, e-mail to info.mc@ingenico.com. By integrating Ingenico, we are able to offer you the option of paying by credit card. Payments are processed directly by Ingenico. Ingenico is PCI-DSS approved. PCI-DSS is an information security standard developed by the major credit card companies (American Express, Discover, JCB, MasterCard and Visa) to improve controls over credit card data handling and to reduce fraud. You enter your data on a TLS-secured Ingenico website. The purpose of processing data in the payment process is to assess your application, to draw up and execute the contract and to process your payment. The legal basis for processing is Article 6 (1) lit b GDPR. Ingenico automatically checks whether a transaction can be executed. Should Ingenico come to the conclusion that a transaction is not possible, the payment cannot be completed and the order process is terminated. If the transaction is successful, we receive payment directly from Ingenico, and your payment data will not be transmitted to us. The provision of personal data is required for the conclusion of a contract. Failure to provide the data would mean that the contract cannot be concluded. In addition to this website, we also maintain presences in various social media, which you can access via corresponding buttons on our website. If you visit any such media presence, personal data may be transmitted to the provider of the social network. There is a form on our website which you can use to request a forgotten password. If you use this form, the e-mail address entered in the input field will be processed by us. The following data is also stored when the request is sent:

- Date and time of sending
The purpose of processing personal data is to process your request for the forgotten password and to be able to contact the person in order to answer their request. The other personal data processed during submission (IP address, date and time of sending) serves to prevent misuse of this function. The legal basis for processing personal data described here is Article 6 (1) lit f GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to offer you the opportunity to contact us at any time so that we can send you a new password. The personal data will only be processed for as long as is necessary to provide the function. The additional personal data collected during the submission of the form for requesting a new password will only be stored for as long as is necessary or required by law for the intended purpose. The recipient of the data is TENTE International GmbH, which processes on our behalf, and the server host, that acts as a subcontractor to TENTE International. .
Right to object
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time. You can send us or inform us of your objection at any time (e.g. by e-mail to privacy@tente.com).
The provision of personal data is neither required by law nor by contract and is not required for the conclusion of a contract. You are also under no obligation to provide personal data. However, failure to provide it would mean that you cannot request a new password from us.

We secure our website and other systems through technical and organisational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or distribution of your data by unauthorised persons. However, despite regular checks, complete protection against all risks is not possible.
